Rick Johnson Consulting Group (RJCG) participated in a two-day off-site at Skamania Lodge on December 15-16 with the amazing individuals at the Mondelēz Portland Plant. Rick provided cohesion-building with PRINT® as well as thought-partnership and process facilitation support throughout the two days. The PRINT Workshops with the Leadership Team were amazing! What a talented and dedicated team! The off-site supported teamwork, communication, valuing of diverse motivational strengths, and values-based strategic planning!
