Values-Driven Team Culture Workshop
In this workshop, RJCG Consultants help teams increase cohesion and rally around organizational mission, values, and plans. This workshop is tailored to the specific needs of the organization and often includes:
Articulating professional motivations: the personal Why
Reviewing and/or revising organizational mission, core values, and priorities
Learning about and practicing “ideal team player” values
Learning about and practicing the 4 Rs of values-based motivation and leadership
