RJCG is excited to announce that two experienced executive coaches/consultants have joined the RJCG team! We are thrilled to welcome Ruth Hescock and Kalpana Krishnamurthy!

Along with over 7 years of hands-on experience as an executive coach/counselor, Ruth has a master’s degree in Counseling with a specialization in Clinical Rehabilitation from Portland State University, a graduate certificate in the Psychology of Leadership from Cornell University, and is a Certified PRINT® Coach.

Kalpana has extensive experience as a consultant in community-based organizing, strategic planning, and non-profits. She is a Certified PRINT® Coach and is currently enrolled in the master’s program in Counseling with a specialization in Marriage, Couples, and Family Therapy at Portland State University.

Ruth and Kalpana have added expertise and passion to our existing team, which includes long-time RJCG Consultant, Polly Gravely. With our talented team of Certified PRINT® Coaches/Consultants in place, RJCG is now able to expand the number of clients/organizations we are able to serve. Our focus remains on helping individuals and organizations build cohesive teams, reduce workplace tensions/conflicts, improve leadership skills, and facilitate values-based strategic planning. #OrganizationalDevelopment
