It was an honor to support the Mayor and the entire Tualatin City Council with team building at day one of a two day Retreat. We utilized PRINT and Team Commitments activities to become an even more effective leadership Team. On day two of the Retreat, the Executive Leadership Team joined the Council for strategic planning. It was awesome to learn about all the innovative programs and accomplishments of the past year as well as to facilitate defining the priorities for 2025. I live in Portland, but after seeing how this small but mighty City operates, I want to move to Tualatin! Tualatin Rocks! #leadership
